Dr. Judy Campanaro founded KARMA Fertility, now Generation Fertility Waterloo, in 1999, opening the first full IVF lab in the Kitchener-Waterloo region. In 2021, the clinic moved into a new state-of-the-art facility serving patients across Southwestern Ontario. She graduated from Queen’s University School of Medicine and completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Ottawa. Dr. Campanaro has an inclusive practice and welcomes patients from all backgrounds. She is particularly passionate about treating endometrial concerns affecting fertility, immunology-related infertility and recurrent pregnancy loss. Originally from the Thousand Islands region, she now lives in Waterloo. Outside the clinic, she rides and breeds Gypsy Vanner horses.

Dr. Zachary Ferraro

M.D., Ph.D., FRCSC

Dr. Zachary Ferraro is a Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility specialist who grew up in Guelph and has returned to the region to care for families across Waterloo. He completed his medical degree at the University of Ottawa, his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Toronto, and REI fellowship training at Mount Sinai Fertility and the University of Toronto. He also holds a PhD in Reproductive Physiology and brings extensive experience as a clinician-scientist and medical educator. Dr. Ferraro combines evidence-based medicine with individualized care, helping patients understand their options and build treatment plans that reflect their goals and values. His care includes IUI, IVF, fertility preservation and recurrent pregnancy loss.
