At Generation Fertility Clinic near Oakville, we offer advanced Preimplantation Genetic Testing (PGT) to help improve the chances of a healthy pregnancy. PGT-A (for aneuploidy) and PGT-M (for monogenic disorders) are procedures used to screen embryos for genetic abnormalities before implantation during an IVF cycle.
PGT-A identifies embryos with chromosomal abnormalities, increasing the likelihood of a successful pregnancy while reducing the risk of miscarriage. It also allows for a confident single embryo transfer, minimizing the risks associated with multiple pregnancies. PGT-M, on the other hand, helps prevent inherited genetic disorders like cystic fibrosis and Huntington disease from being passed on to your child. By selecting unaffected embryos, we can help reduce the risk of genetic disorders and ensure the healthiest possible start for your family.

"The greatest fulfillment I get from fertility medicine is educating my patients and empowering them to make confident decisions about their fertility. It's important to me that they understand their diagnosis and how it affects my treatment recommendations. My goal is to adapt to evolving priorities and share a common vision with my patients."
